Mobile Repair Cell Leader
Full-time, On-site, Overtime maybe required.
Pay rate: $14/hr during the 3-months probation period.
(A potential pay raise based on the evaluation after the probation period.)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Production Repair Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing defective phones, managing production assembly lines, and ensuring the efficient return process for defective raw materials. Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair defective phones identified after assembly, addressing complex repair issues.
Oversee and maintain the repair of production assembly lines for models F936, F946, and F956.
Inspect and manage the return process for defective raw materials.
Train new employees on repair procedures and production processes.
Foster effective communication with managers, showcase exceptional repair skills, and maintain a strong understanding of production workflows. Provide timely feedback when issues arise.
Exhibit a strong work ethic with a focus on reliable attendance and punctuality.
Requirements
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Cellphone assembly experience required.
Spanish bilingual preferred.
English proficiency required, along with knowledge of cellphones.
