Recruiter
Part-Time, On-site
Monday-Friday 25 hours/wk
You will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates across various industries. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with employees and clients, ensuring that the recruitment process runs smoothly, and providing excellent employee care throughout their assignment. The ideal candidate will have at least one years of recruiting experience, a passion for helping people, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of support for both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates for temporary, direct-hire, and temp-to-hire positions.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placements.
Provide excellent employee care and ensure candidates are well-supported throughout their assignments.
Conduct onsite visits and offer support to employees on client sites to ensure satisfaction and productivity.
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing paperwork and conducting orientation.
Collaborate with the EchoLink team to ensure the smooth execution of staffing operations.
Continuously seek ways to improve the recruiting process and employee engagement.
Education
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Relevant work experience may be considered in place of a degree.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of recruiting experience in a staffing agency or HR environment.
Strong understanding of the recruiting process, from sourcing to placement and employee care.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Experience with onsite employee support and problem resolution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Able to provide support off hours for emergencies.
